The course presents a comprehensive historical background for the study of conflict resolution. It provides students with both a foundation in the relevant theoretical framework and practical case studies of contemporary conflict. This course identifies the different conceptual approaches to conflict resolution. It also provides students with a range of case studies that look at both the successes and failures of conflict resolution efforts.
