TEM 32013 Introduction to Linguistics in English

The course introduces the students to English Linguistics by providing a detailed study of the internal structure of English language. It focuses on language and linguistics, phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics. In addition, it includes the study of language variation, dialects and English language and society. The students will be introduced to study of English language through its internal and grammatical structure.
